1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of furniseed.com and any order you place through it. By using the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Furniseed is operated by a US-registered LLC; registered office and EIN are available on request for trade accounts and marketplace compliance.

2. Products, descriptions and images

We describe products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and finish. Colour can render differently between screens, and natural materials vary from unit to unit. Where a product is photographed with decor or accessories, those are for illustration and are not included unless the listing says otherwise.

3. Price references and comparisons

Prices are in US dollars. Where we show a comparison against another retailer, that figure is a modelled estimate for an equivalent product and is labelled as an estimate. It is not a live quote pulled from that retailer’s systems.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; it is not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment or delivery details. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Product prices are shown exclusive of sales tax; where we are required to collect sales tax, it is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and shown before you pay. Shipping is included in the price shown — there is no separate shipping charge.

6. Delivery

Dispatch and transit times, the free shipping terms and how oversized items are delivered are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, damage claims, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your information

How we collect and use personal information, including email addresses submitted to the tools on this site, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Using the site and its tools

You may use the site and its planning tools for your own shopping. You may not scrape it at volume, resell its content, or use our images and copy commercially without written permission. The tools produce estimates — room layouts, budget figures, fit checks and price comparisons are guidance rather than a guarantee. Measure your own space before ordering.

10. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text and images are owned by Furniseed or licensed to us. Supplier product imagery remains the property of the respective rights holders.

11. Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Furniseed LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in that state.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Any material change will be reflected on this page.
